Here is one of my favorite things...When we can talk to Jeff on the cuter. Thanks to Yahoo, we talk free. Usually we don't get video as well as audio, but yesterday we got lucky! They doodle together, play games together, generally laugh for an hour or so. Charlie was about home from school at the time of this picture. He then took his turn playing and talking.

How very special..I actually got to talk to him for a few minutes today..well it was midnight for him and he was tired..but we did get to see him and get him some info on how the send a thank you to Pinelevel Church who really out did themselves w/ the package they sent. He siad it was like Christmas...Dad said no son it was Christmas! Glad the boys got to talk to him too!
Amazing isn't it how the internet can connect our lives??? Shane didn't have that in Afghanistan!! Sure wish he did!! In Iraq, they had it but it was tremendously SLOW!! too slow to do anything, and it didn't help that my husband is computer illiterate!!! He was usually really busy too!!! LOL!!

That is the best thing yet Heather. I know the soldiers appreciate that service a lot. My grandpa certainly didn't have anything like that in Vietnam or Okinawa or the other lovely little places he took vacation to. LOL What a blessing!
How cool is that! Neat idea to capture for the blog too! It's great that you guys get to see him and the kids actually can play games! We continue to pray for his safe return!

Technology rocks doesn't it! That is awesome that the kids got to talk with him. Such a neat way to still be apart of each others day and still be countries apart. Great blog!
What great technology we have today to stay connected. I am sure it gives you and the boys great comfort.
Man you guys are so lucky. We didn't have anything like that when My hubby was in Vietnam for two years. Airmail was as good as it got for us, and that took weeks sometimes.
Jeff looks great and I know you can't wait for his return home safe. Its wonderful you get to see and talk to him.
How wonderful that they can see each other, Great that they are able to talk and share with each other too.
